Absolutely Acton Speakers' Series Presents:


Denis Gibbons is an Acton native who has covered the Olympics in Canada, France, Norway, Japan, United States and Russia as a chief researcher - ice hockey for ABC (1988), CBS (1992, 1994, 1998) and NBC (2002, 2010, 2014).  He has also reported from 1980's Moscow & Czechoslovakia. 

In 2014, Denis won the President's Award from the Socitey for International Hockey Research for preserving hockey history.  He lives in Burlington with his wife Chris and their dog Polo.

Enjoy a wonderful afternoon with Denis.  He will read excerpts from his book and discuss his adventures.  Books will be available for purchasd and can be signed by the author.
